Exhibitors

All exhibitors must be set up by no later than 11:30 on 13 May.

 

Registration:

    • On arrival book in at reception.
    • Register for the symposium at the reception area.
    • Collect your symposium goodie bag.
    • Drop your luggage at your room.
    • Proceed to the restaurant for lunch from 12:00 to 12:45.
    • The symposium starts at 13:00 sharp.
